I am Dmitry Bagrash and have been in custody since 14 December 2022. I say: I did not commit the act, and the judgment against me was manipulated. I name names in connection with this, and I stand by what I say.
You need not believe a word I say. Instead, read three sentences from an order by the Kammergericht Berlin (Berlin Higher Regional Court). I did not write it, and it did not go in my favour.
“…the right to a decision free from errors in the exercise of discretion on an application for an escorted trip to the court registry officer becomes a right to the escorted trip.“
“A ‘preliminary examination’ of whether the legal remedy is admissible or even useful is not within its remit.“
“…that Justizvollzugsanstalt Heidering (Heidering correctional facility) … rightly decided that requested escorted trips to the court registry officer would in future be granted ‘immediately’ and ‘unconditionally’.”
Between January and March 2025, recording my submission was refused on six documented days. Each time, the staff said they were acting on instructions. The first escorted trip took place on 11 August 2025 — on the eighth day of a hunger strike.
In the same order, the Division dismissed my complaint on points of law (Rechtsbeschwerde) as inadmissible.
