Supplements after handover, preservation of evidence and a request for an appointment

After the delayed handover at 17:30 (see No. 183) I prepared a series of further letters that same evening: a supplement to the Berlin Regional Court I (LG Berlin I; Annex 175_F2), two versions for transmission of the supplement to the Senate Department for Justice (Senatsverwaltung für Justiz; Annexes 176_F2, 177_F2), two letters to the prison (JVA) to preserve evidence (Annexes 178_F2, 179_F2) and an urgent request for an appointment with the court registry officer who records procedural declarations (Urkundsbeamten) to lodge the appeal on points of law (Rechtsbeschwerde; Annex 180_F2). At around 18:00 I had already submitted a corresponding handwritten request on the wing and pointed out that the time limit would expire on 11.09.2026.

The supplement to LG Berlin I was successfully transmitted at 23:43 (Annex 184_F2). The attempted transmission to the Senate Department via 030 9013-2000 at 23:53 was unsuccessful (Annex 185_F2); the transmission of identical content via the second fax route, 030 9028-3783, was successful at 23:44 (Annex 186_F2). The letters to the JVA to preserve evidence were successfully transmitted at 23:45 and 23:46 via both fax routes (Annexes 187_F2, 188_F2). The urgent appointment request was successfully faxed to the JVA at 23:50 (Annex 189_F2).

The notice of the supplement, the preservation of evidence and the appointment request are thus reliably documented as evidence. At that point (24.08.2026), the actual scheduling of the appointment, lodging the appeal on points of law in the required form and the official clarification of internal mail handling between 19. and 24.08.2026 remain outstanding.

Status reference dated 26.09.2026

The appointment took place on 09.09.2026: on that day I declared the appeal on points of law for the record at the registry of the Local Court Zossen (Amtsgericht Zossen; judicial officer Rechtspflegerin Böhme) — see Chronology No. 201 and the record Annex 210_F2. Official clarification of internal mail handling between 19. and 24.08.2026 is still outstanding.

Editorial note

Annex 185_F2 provides no evidence of successful delivery and must explicitly be marked as unsuccessful in all accounts. The transmission of identical content to the second SenJustV fax route is evidenced by Annex 186_F2 with status “OK”.
