Successful: the Petitions Committee of the Berlin House of Representatives (Petitionsausschuss des Abgeordnetenhauses) at 18:17 (23 pages) and the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs (Ausschuss für Verfassungs- und Rechtsangelegenheiten) at 18:16 (21 pages), both with the status “Transmission: OK”.
Failed: to the President of the Berlin House of Representatives (Abgeordnetenhaus) at 18:18 and the Senate Department for Justice (Senatsverwaltung für Justiz) at 18:20 via (030) 9013 2000.
The documents transmitted were the petition under Art. 17 GG, Art. 34 VvB, the supplement to the order of the Berlin Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) of 18.08.2026 and both declarations in lieu of oath (eidesstattliche Versicherungen).

I record the two failed attempts separately and never present them as proof of delivery. Both transmissions were repeated on 02.09.2026 — to the Senate Department via the second connection, (030) 9028 3783, because (030) 9013 2000 had now failed for the second time; the first failed attempt via that connection was dated 24.08.2026.
