Karlsruhe registers the constitutional complaint of 10.07.2026: 2 BvR 1314/26

In a letter of 01.09.2026, the registry of the Second Judicial Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) states that my constitutional complaint of 10.07.2026 was received there on the same day and registered under case reference 2 BvR 1314/26. This case reference must be given in further correspondence.

Received by me: 07.09.2026 at 17:20 — 59 days after filing and eleven days after my first status inquiry of 27.08.2026 (Annex 190_F2). I do not claim a causal link; I record the sequence.

What the case reference means — and what it does not

A case reference in the BvR series denotes entry in the Judicial Senate’s register of proceedings. It does not mean that the complaint has already been served, communicated or examined on its merits. I make no such claim. The only established fact is that the complaint has been received and registered.

Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment

For me, the acknowledgment of receipt is more than a formality. I cannot send mail from the prison by post; every transmission is by fax through third parties. Without a case reference, I do not know whether a submission subject to a time limit has reached its destination — and this year I have repeatedly experienced transmissions missing their destination without my learning of it.

The open matter remains the second constitutional complaint of 01.09.2026, transmitted on 02.09.2026 at 17:16, 17 pages, transmission OK (197_F2, 199_F2). To date there is neither an acknowledgment of receipt nor a case reference for it. I therefore transmitted a second status inquiry on 08.09.2026, confined to this one question.
