By two letters of 18.09.2026, the Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I), under the new case reference 595 StVK 134/26 Vollz (proceedings “Dmitry Bagrash ./. Justizvollzugsanstalt Heidering”), sends me a copy of the letter it addressed on the same day to JVA Heidering as the respondent. That letter, signed by Judge Peters, transmits my letter of 17.09.2026 to the prison and allows it 10 days to make representations.
The case reference is new and differs from 595 StVK 126/26 Vollz, under which the Regional Court set aside the video-call ban decision on 11.09.2026 (Chronology No. 203). The contents of my letter of 17.09.2026 itself cannot be ascertained from the two available pages; only the opening of proceedings is documented here for now. I received both letters on 22.09.2026.
