Sentence-plan conference: open prison “only with offence work” – no other obstacles

On 23 October 2026 at about 09:30 I was called from work to the sentence-plan conference. Present: the new head of House 1, Ms Metz, the group leader Ms Dahms and the social worker Ms Mahlow. Ms Metz stated: no drug problem, no violations, very good feedback from work; the only condition for outings, relaxations and open prison is “offence work” (Straftataufarbeitung) with the social worker. Asked whether there were no other obstacles: “Yes, only offence work.” On my application of 15 October 2026 she said she had received nothing. I was not asked a single question; two of the three participants said not a word; the conference lasted ten minutes at most. Source: affidavit, Anlage 248_F2.
