Application for a court decision: outcome of the sentence-plan conference taken to the enforcement chamber

In an application of 26 October 2026 under §§ 109 et seq. StVollzG to the Regional Court Berlin I – sentence enforcement chamber – I ask the court: to set aside the decision making open prison and relaxations depend solely on “offence work”, and the plan update based on it, and to order a fresh decision; to declare that condition unlawful; to declare that my request for information of 15 October 2026 was unlawfully left unanswered and to order the prison to answer it; to declare that the conference was not a discussion within the meaning of § 9 StVollzG Bln.
