Disciplinary complaint against the head of House 1, Ms Metz

In a letter of 26 October 2026 to the management of JVA Heidering, copied to the Senate Department for Justice as supervisory authority, I lodge a disciplinary complaint against Ms Metz: (1) relaxations and open prison only in exchange for “offence work”, although by her own statement there are no other obstacles; (2) my fax, verifiably delivered on 14 October 2026, “not received”, information on the delay refused; (3) no discussion in the conference. Requests: review by the supervisory line, a written statement whether the prison maintains the condition, a decision on my application of 15 October 2026, information on where my fax went, a review whether Ms Metz should continue to decide on my relaxations until this is resolved.
