Sentence plan submitted to the court: external expert opinion, access to files and names of those responsible requested

On 2 November 2026 I submitted the written sentence plan of 26 October 2026 verbatim to the enforcement chamber and supplemented my application (17 pages, 13:47, FAX-ID 17715131). I suggest obtaining an opinion from an external expert who does not belong to the Berlin prison system and ordering the prison to produce the complete diagnostic records and conference minutes. On the same day I applied to the prison for an external assessment, access to files, the names of those responsible and safe time outdoors (12:54, FAX-ID 17715140, also by e-mail).
The supplement shows in four points why, in my view, the plan does not hold: it treats complaints, written decisions and publications as grounds for refusal; it turns denial of the offence into a risk of absconding and demands “offence work” that I could only provide by confessing; it copies the prognosis verbatim from April 2026 and bears neither names nor signature; the threats against me remain unassessed (Anlage 274_F2). I file the applications with the prison first, as the Kammergericht required on 24 September 2026 (F2-233). Correction of 3 November 2026: the letters state that I stay away from outdoor exercise out of concern for my safety. That was inaccurate. I do not fear for my safety in the yard; since 2024 I have voluntarily stayed away from outdoor exercise and leave my cell only to work, in order to give as few opportunities as possible for further provocations against me. I have withdrawn the application for separate outdoor time (Anlage 279_F2, Anlage 280_F2, F5-026). No decision has been taken; the assessments are mine. The plan verbatim: Anlage 266_F2.
