Annex 151_F2 — “I reject freedom in exchange for a confession”

Published alongside the counterstatement. In it I publicly declare that I will not confess in order to obtain early release and will continue to seek rehabilitation solely by lawful means — including publication of official documents and the names of the respective responsible officials in connection with their own decisions.

The central contradiction identified by the statement: The Prosecutor General’s Office (Generalstaatsanwaltschaft) itself states that an admission of guilt is not mandatory and that denial of the offence alone cannot support a negative social prognosis. Yet it is precisely the failure to acknowledge the offence that is used against my release.
Position in the chain. The legal part of the same statement: Annex 150_F2. The source of the contradiction: Annex 148_F2.
