Correction of 08.09.2026 — the open question has been answered.
In its statement of 25.08.2026 (Annex 205_F2) JVA Heidering states: in this matter, an email from the Senate Department to the prison did not exist; the prison itself was an addressee of the press letter of 12.07.2026; in this case, coordination with the Senate administration did not take place. I accept this information. The information channel is no longer treated here as an open question. What remains unchanged is that, according to the prison’s own account, the measure was triggered solely by press information.
