This page concerns a single signed letter in the chain of my criminal complaint of 2 September 2026 against Presiding Judge Groß and senior prosecutor Wachs. The person is named only in connection with what they signed, assessed by the scheme fact – evidence – norm – significance, with an alternative hypothesis for each point. The page gives my assessment and replaces no disciplinary or judicial finding. The presumption of innocence applies.

1The complaint about the Prosecutor General’s Office goes to that office for comment

On 21 October 2026 I complained to the Senate Department for Justice as supervisory authority that the Prosecutor General’s Office had itself decided on transferring the complaint against its own prosecutor. The reply of 26 October 2026 (received 3 November 2026), signed on behalf by Grenz-Dorenburg:

„Ihre als sachliche Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde gewertete Eingabe habe ich an die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Berlin weitergeleitet, da ich verpflichtet bin, dieser zunächst Gelegenheit zur Stellungnahme zu geben.“ — F2-242
§ 147 Nr. 2 GVG (Aufsicht der Landesjustizverwaltung) · Art. 17 GG
Significance: The complaint about the Prosecutor General’s Office thus lies with that office for comment – as did the complaint against its own prosecutor. The Senate Department decides only if the Prosecutor General’s Office does not grant it.
Alternative hypothesisHearing the authority concerned before a supervisory decision is customary and may be legally required; the letter expressly announces its own review.
What is missingA time limit and a position on the substance – whether an authority should decide on the complaint against its own official.
