Four replies within a week — and an expunged prior conviction in the sentence plan

Within a few days, four mutually independent replies arrive concerning the same period. The Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) proposes resolving the proceedings concerning my registered letter handed over late (595 StVK 134/26 Vollz) without a formal procedure and at no cost; the statement of Heidering prison (JVA Heidering) of 02.09.2026 is enclosed. The Senate Department for Justice (Senatsverwaltung für Justiz) states that it did not intervene on 24.08.2026 and gives the prison governor’s name for the first time: Andreas Kratz. The Petitions Committee of the House of Representatives (Petitionsausschuss des Abgeordnetenhauses) handles my submissions under three separate reference numbers — 6903/19 (appeal on points of law), 7492/19 (postal delay) and 7119/19 (expulsion). JVA Heidering acknowledges receipt of my letters of 06./07.09.2026.

On 09.09.2026 I also lodge on the record of the registry of Zossen Local Court (Amtsgericht Zossen; Rechtspflegerin Böhme — a judicial officer exercising independent procedural functions) the appeal on points of law (Rechtsbeschwerde) against the order of 31.07.2026. Among other matters, I complain that the underlying sentence plan of Moabit prison (JVA Moabit) relies on a diagnostic procedure that itself draws on a prior conviction handed down in 2000 and already expunged from the Federal Central Register (Bundeszentralregister) — contrary to the prohibition on its use under § 51 BZRG.
